Fees

£150 booking fee which is converted to a £150 security deposit when you move in.

46 week contract for the 2008/2009 academic year

Rent Payment

Either pay in full on moving in, or by installment plan, see box opposite.

If you are unable to provide a UK based guarantor you will be requested to pay the full year in advance
